Overview

The proposed pipelines support companies in adopting AI by clearly defining how AI solutions can be introduced into everyday business processes. The focus is on identifying company needs and designing practical workflows for AI integration---whether by leveraging existing AI services, adapting current tools, or developing new AI solutions from scratch. Pipelines rely on modern AI and MLOps technologies enabling end-to-end AI development and deployment, including cloud-based AI services, data engineering pipelines, ML frameworks, model training and evaluation tools, and MLOps/AIOps components for versioning, deployment, monitoring, and governance. Existing enterprise systems (ERP, CRM) are integrated where possible, ensuring interoperability, scalability, and secure operation. Based on selected use case processes, the service generalizes end-to-end AI adoption and provides a general AI transformation framework for companies.

Outcome

Selected organizations receive specific use cases transformed using AI and MLOps processes tailored to different levels of AI maturity. Use case organizations gain practical guidance on selecting appropriate tools, structuring AI workflows, and receive specific or adapted AI models for their needs. Clear step-by-step guidelines based on specific use cases and a general framework for organizations to become AI-ready are published.
